Career Consultant
Lai Hoong Chan – Senior Career Consultant
Lai Hoong Chan has spent 20 years training and mentoring young people in
the workplace. She has worked extensively in Asia and Australia and it
is this experience and knowledge of both cultures that allows her to
effectively assist clients to adapt to life in Australia. Lai Hoong is
fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Bahasa. She is an Associate
Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
Denise Longley – Senior Career Consultant
Denise has 15 years in career management and job placement for the
government and small companies. She has also spent 25 years in the
finance industry with experience in insurance, retail, legal,
stockbroking and banking areas. She has worked in Europe and Australia
in a range of organisations.
Mossa Kiki – Career Consultant
Mossa is an experienced career coach with a background in human
resources and in financial planning. Having worked for blue-chip
companies including ANZ and Myer, Mossa is perfectly equipped to add

Michael is a highly qualified workplace trainer with extensive
experience with large and small enterprises in the UK and Australia, and
the RTO and TAFE sectors. His many roles have included sales and
management training and working with people from all backgrounds, from

Occupational Counsellor
John Alder – Occupational Counsellor
John is an organisational and counselling psychologist specialising in
career counselling. A lecturer at Victoria, Monash and La Trobe
Universities for over 15 years, John’s expertise in counselling and
organisational psychology has been sought by numerous organisations
throughout Australia. John has been invited to present at national and
international conferences and he has been published in industry
journals. John is also a Professional Adviser at the Australian
Psychological Society.

Dr. Deborah Loakes – Communication Trainer
Dr. Deborah Loakes is an experienced linguist and pronunciation trainer.
She has worked as a lecturer and researcher in phonetics at the
University of Melbourne. Her work is regularly published in industry

across Australia and overseas. Debbie’s background and expertise allow
her to help a diverse range of job seekers to answer questions with
